NHN Elk Horn Road | Helmville
Tucked away in the timber, this 10-acre slice of Montana offers the kind of privacy and seclusion you just can't find every day. Towering trees cover the land, giving you plenty of wood to build your own cabin or keep the fire burning through those cold nights. With a mix of terrain and thick timber, this place gives you room to dream — whether it's a hunting camp, a homestead, or just a quiet getaway. This is true off-grid living with light covenants to keep the wild spirit alive. You'll need to cut in a driveway to reach your build site, and when winter sets in, you'll be snowmobiling your way home. There are hardy folks who live up here year-round, folks who know the mountain and call it home. Cattle roam free across this land — if you don't want them wandering through, you'll need to fence them out yourself.
